I established Laramie Advisors with the goal of providing a more personalized experience, unbeholden to the pressure driven metrics and aggressive billing targets of larger shops.
With over 25 years experience as both a legal recruiter and corporate human resources executive, I possess an uncommon perspective on the practicalities of changing law firms as well as the importance and value employment & labor law and its practitioners play in the context of the wider economy.
My approach is cordial, low-stress, and collaborative. In contrast to many headhunters who will push any placement to earn a fee, I prefer a nuanced, long-term approach that focuses on lasting career matches for the attorneys we place and net positive outcomes for our law firm partners. At Laramie Advisors, we’d rather forgo a placement than make a bad placement.
